Hotel was very clean and had a family feel. The bed was comfortable, the amenities included an air conditioning, a radio and a DVD player. Plus, parking was possible onsite. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, if we come to Blackpool...

The beds are comfy, and the breakfast is nice. The room was gorgeous, big and had everything one might need. This was a marvellous location. We greatly enjoyed our coffee with goodies at lido royal cafe.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

Cosy base for exploring Blackpool. The place was quiet, very clean, had PERFECT facilities and food. The host was great. We booked single room for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay.

Staying within 5 minutes' walk from south pier was a big advantage. We dined at Caffe Nero, that is just 700 metres away. Only a 25-minute walk from the train station.
